Any chance of having a bad valve block? I can't speak for the Procise, but
the valve blocks on the 470 were made with brass parts which corroded on
contact with the TFA as the seals got old. Slowly the metal would transfer
to the cartridge discoloring the filter disk and gradually lowering the
repetitive yield even when all new reagents were placed on the machine.
