Greetings,
For high detection sensitivity of RNA (and ss DNA) you can use SYBR
Green II dye in agarose or polyacrylamide gels. This is available from
FMC (1-800-341-1574) and from Molecular Probes (1-800-438-2209,
Email: tech@probes.com). I haven't used it yet but my molecular biology
colleagues tell me it works great.
By the way, has anyone out there used SYBR Green II for CE of oligos or
RNA under denaturing conditions? Thanks for any help on this.
