Judy,

A good review article on CD is: Curtis Johnson (1990) Protein secondary
structure and circular dichroism: A practical guide. PROTEINS: Structure,
Function and Genetics 7:205-214.

Hello
I am in the process of learning how to do CD and need a reference for
a protocol on how to look at conformational changes due to changes in
temperature. If anyone has a good reference for this and a basic
reference for CD in general it will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance
