Subject: peptide-protein binding interactions question

This is in response to the peptide-protein binding interactions that are
well known. I unfortunately had erased the questions and answers. A
calmodulin binding sequence in MLC kinase was discovered and the
interaction studied by Ad Bax among others. Recently this calmodulin
binding peptide has been used as a vector in one of Stratagene's protein
expression kits. The calmodulin binding peptide is used as the affinity
column to isolate the expressed protein. I can look up a reference for
this if necessary. The peptide is available from Peptide Technologies.
