Hello, again, all,

Our Storm 860 phosphorimager has been running with a Power Mac 7200/75,
operating system 7.5.2. We have a fair amount of down time due to
(probably internet caused) problems with the Power Mac. We often lose
communication between the phosphorimager and the computer. We are
considering going to the PC NT platform.

I would appreciate hearing from Storm owners out there--Are you running
the NT platform--and does it work well? Are you running the Mac platform
and how is it doing for you? We will still have the problem that data
will be collected with the NT and then analyzed in the labs with their
Power Macs, but we understand that data collected on the NT can be read
by the Macs. Is anyone using the system in this way?

Thanks for you feedback.
