Dear all,
We have a difficulty in solubilizing the following peptides:
(i) NH2-L-P-A-V-A-N-M-L-LE-V-G-G-L-E-F-P-A-C-COOH
(ii) NH2-D-G-I-W-K-A-S-F-T-T-F-T-V-T-K-Y-W-F-Y-R-COOH
These peptides are purified and give a single peak by reverse phase
HPLC. The MS is also accurate. We tried in DMSO but when diluted with
water it gives a thick (gel like) solution. Any ideas or experience in
solubility of synthetic peptides.
Thanks in advance
