Pseq Prolines

Hi, all,
We are trying to get good N-terminal sequence data for the first 25
residues of a protein where there are 3 prolines (nicely spaced apart).
Has anyone had good luck with improved proline cleavage--I use an ABI 470A
protein sequencer with liquid phase.
