How to spend $50,000?

Dear colleagues: I have been offered $50,000 to purchase equipment which
is supposed to least at least 15 years. I would like to get a mass
spectrometer, but obviously this will not be enough money. Please tell
me what you would buy if you were in my shoes. Research in my lab
involves the expression, purifcation and structural characterization of
