Hello,

I would like to find out if anybody has some experience with partial acid
hydrolysis of proteins combined with product analysis by mass spectrometry
(MALDI in our case)?
I am interested in the use of microwave heating for the acid hydrolysis,
but I can't find much information in the recent literature. Can anybody
give me references about the latter?
