I have been asked about the most useful sequence manipulation programs
for several different purposes. I know you recently had a discussion about what
is out there, but I apparently wasn't paying attention then!!! Where can I
retrieve that info, and does anyone have favorites for assembling contigs,
alignments, and programs that can graphically generate trees or RNA structures?
We currently only use GCG.
