Hi,
I have a lab here that would like to buy a program to better handle some
of the DNA manipulations that they need to do (contig building, circular
plasmid maps, direct link to Genebank, oligo desian: extinction
coefficients, melting point; protein pI calculation) They've been looking
at Oligo 5 and DNAstar. What programs would you suggest (I just let them
know about Sequencher for contigs)?
