DNASeq: new gel combs(Scottie??)

We tried the new gel combs that Scottie was talking about on our 373xl with
12 Big Dye Pgems that had been ethanol ppt'd. We are going to try them on
our 377 today. I have a few Q's.

The company says that you can load samples that have not been ppt'd. Has
anyone tried this? We still had unicorporated dye come through because the
Big Dye was over-ppt'd.

What are your experiences with the 377 and Big Dye using the combs?
