clean box/hood

For our protein identification efforts we would like to implement an
ultraclean work area, where we can carry out procedures that
involve enzymatic digests. We are thinking of getting a small box or hood
that prevents contamination with dust and other impurities that are
floating around the lab. What recommendations do you have? Are there
commercially available hoods like the ones used for PCR?
