Hands on MS coursework

Is anybody aware of a hands on course in LC-MS and MALDI-TOF.

We have new people coming into the lab but I simply don't have the time
to sit down with them and run them through the whole thing as I have
alot of other things going on as well. Any universities willing to take
on these people ?
