To all:

I wonder if PyBOP is a good reagent to make an ester bond?
Can I use PyBOP/HOBt/NMM to
attach Fmoc-b-ala to a hydroxylated resin
in a multipin peptide synthesis.

If I can, does these proportions look OK?

Fmoc-beta-ala 0,1 M
PyBOP 0,1M
HOBt 0,1M
NMM 0,15 M
