I would like to get feedback on what people think of vendor service
agreements. My department is being asked to switch our equipment
(ABI sequencers, Finnigan mass specs, etc) over to a vendor service
company called USN.
I am concerned that this may adversely affect the quality of service.
Does anyone have experience with this company or with vendor service
companies in general?
