Has anyone out there had experience running MALDI-MS on very large
(2000-6000 MW) organic molecules, such as complex antibiotics? I've run
proteins and peptides, but these huge molecules are new to me and any
help you can give, including directing me to a knowlegeable organic
chemist who's done this, would be very much appreciated.
