DNASeq: new gel combs

Thanks again Scottie. We tried the gel combs on our 377xl finally. Since
the company only sent us 24-tab combs we used 2.5 combs and loaded 60
samples.

There was only one real problem and we expected it. We lost the first 4
lanes. We will have to position it better next time and we are going to
cut off some of the dead space on the right side of the comb.

We used ppt'd Big Dyes. The company says that you can use the combs
without ethanol ppt but I think they must have tested that with the old
kits.

So in summary we have tried them on the 373xL with the Big Dye filter
upgrade and the 377xL. You just need to watch where you place the tabs.

Hopefully they will have bigger combs available soon.
