phosphate labeling

We are planning to map protein phosphorylation sites by culturing cells in
the presence of 32P-phosphate and isolating the proteins of interest by
immunoprecipitations. As many of you know one has to use fairly high
levels of radioactivity (up to 10 mCi per experiment) to get decent
phosphate incorporation.
We are looking for devices that provide shielding and containment of the
radioactivity and at the same time are not too impractical when carrying
out the required procedures (centrifugation, scraping cells, pipetting,
etc.). Can you recommend vendors that sell these devices?
Thanks,
Chris (turck@itsa.ucsf.edu)
