Heavy Isotope labeled RNA Oligo

Hello,
Does anyone know of a facility which could synthesize approximately
100mg of a purified, labeled with 15N and 13C, 27-mer RNA oligo? A
customer requested it for NMR studies.
Any information would be most appreciated.
