MASS SPECTROSCOPIST POSITION. The Keck Facility/Cancer Center Mass
Spectrometry Resource at Yale University has a Ph.D. level, research track
position open. Although the primary purpose is to provide
non-collaborative mass spectrometric services, there will be opportunities
for independent research related to services provided by the Resource and
for collaborative projects that extend well beyond normal service
functions. Since the Keck Facility draws samples from hundreds of Yale and
non-Yale laboratories, this ensures broad exposure to a wide variety of
samples and research programs. Instrumentation that is currently available
includes an ESI-triple quadrupole, a sector instrument, an LCQ ion trap and
a Micromass SE MALDI-TofSpec. Interested candidates should forward their
CV to Ken Williams via email
