Hello everyone.
I am interested in acquiring an instrument for electroelution of
proteins from polyacrylamide gel pieces. Has anyone had
experience with products such as Model 422 Electro-Eluter (Biorad),
Elutrap (Schleicher & Schuell), GE200 Gel Eluter (Amrad), Centriluter
micro-electroluter or any other system? Does anyone have a preference for
any of these systems? What are the long term costs (such as membrane
replacement) like? Thanks.
