Hi Audree,
Here's my advertisement for a protein-type postdoc. I'd appreciate it if
you would spread the word.
Thanks,

POSTDOCTORAL POSITION IN PROTEIN BIOCHEMISTRY/CHEMISTRY/MOLECULAR BIOLOGY
(to begin as soon as possible after April 1, 1998) for pioneering
research
on the enzymology and structure-function relationships of two
newly-cloned
barbiturate-inducible cytochrome P450s of Bacillus megaterium (P450BM-2,
P450BM-4) and on the protein transcription factors involved in the
barbiturate-mediated induction of the B. megaterium P450s. Applicants
must
have a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, physical biochemistry, molecular
biology or a closely related field and experience in molecular biology,
enzymology and especially in modern techniques for protein purification
and
characterization. The project may also involve collaborative studies at
UCLA to determine, by x-ray diffraction analysis, the crystal structure
of
P450s BM-2 and BM-4. Send curriculum vitae and names of three references
to:
