Dear Colleagues,

I've a friend who is doing some dot blots using monopeptides and
polipeptides, but she is having some problems about binding the
monopeptide.
The polipeptide is simply the poli version of the mono but the last
one is not binding to the nitrocelulose.
How this can be possible if the net charge is the same in both? Are
there a special way to bind monopeptides into nitrocellulose?
I'd appreciate any kind of help
Thank you in advance,

Leo
