DNASeq-Half Term

I received a sample of Half Term from GenPack, which I used on a set of
templates that was recruited from various investigators/labs.
Unfortunately, the results were very peculiar and proved to be repeatable.

I was wondering if anyone has incorporated this reagent into their
sequencing protocols, and if so how (what chemistry do you use, what
reaction volume do you work with, any additional additives, method for
purification, etc.).
