If memory serves (I am in the process of moving and not able to look up my
references and notes) EndoLys-C does work in the presence of DTT. It turns
out that EndoLys-C works resepctably, at least for some proteins, at pH as
low as 6 (optimum pH 9), which can be useful if one is concerned about
disulfide scrambling.
