Peptide coupling

Dear ABRFers,

I have to couple two peptides using Lys residue's ( alpha and epsilon N ).
These Lys's were inserted in order to couple the N-term of the first
peptide to the N-term of the second peptide. The first peptide is still
attached to the resin (Tentagel Sram from Rapp polymere) and the second one
is already cleaved and purified. I would like to perform the coupling in
solid phase to avoid different purification steps. Could anyone give me
some advice on what coupling method should be used, keeping in mind that
after the coupling the binding should resist the TFA (95 %) cleaving .

Thank you

Ben Van der Perre.
