Michael,

Sigma has a standard peptide mixture which is good for method development
and column comparison/testing. The Sigma number is H 2016. Met enkephalin
and Leu enkephalin elute very close and are very sensitive to %B
composition on a binary gradient with reversed phase columns. Getting them
to baseline is not too easy if the conditions are not just right. We used
this standard to test performance of HPLC instruments we were considering
for purchase. I can give you the proper gradient settings for an HP,
Waters, or MicroTech if you need.

Regards,
Damon
