Does anyone have experience in analyzing for methionine sulfoxide? I seem
to recall that we should use alkaline hydrolysis as the methionine
sulfoxide will be converted to methione in acid. Any experience or
protocols for this method you can share? We are using precolumn FMOC/OPA
derivatization and would appreciate any information before we dive in.

Thanks,
