DNASeq Study, housekeeping

Two short housekeeping notes on the current DNA Sequencing study.

1) The FTP site was malfunctioning yesterday, Tuesday, 2/11/98. If you
tried to submit chromatograms but received "transfer failed for unknown
blah blah blah", please resubmit. I had an idiot (myself) set that ftp site
up and some wires were left dangling.

2) I cannot decode sample ID# 9636 files. These samples need to be
resubmitted. It looks like "MacBinary" was not selected in Fetch when they
were sent. This is a multiple submission and we are drooling for that kind
of data.

That's it. The samples are pouring in but we need YOUR sample data to make
the study worthwhile so just take that pgem control you ran today and drop
it off using Fetch at:
mbcftp.dfci.harvard.edu
password, user ID and directory are all "abrf". (Don't forget to select
Macbinary).

Or just go to:

http://mbcf.dfci.harvard.edu/dsrc.html to get started on the whole study.

And thank you all for submitting. (should I reword that?)
