N-terminally blocked peptide

Is there any suggestion to do an N-terminal sequencing of a peptide which
is N-terminally blocked due to the presence of a benzyl group at the
N-terminus? Is it possible to do manual cleavage prior to the N-terminal
sequencing? Please advise!
