The first 1536 well plate for PCR and UHTS was developed by Polyfiltronics,
Greiner has introduced another version suitable for HTS and other
applications, this is made from Polystyrene and is a good plate for certaain
applications, however neither plate is all things to all applications.
A lot depends on what your requirements are
