Henriette,
Is your protein soluble in TFA?If so you can add the TFA and then dilute to 70%
before the addition of CNBr.The CNBr can be added as a solution in
acetontrile(10-20M).The higher the level of CNBr,the greater the chances of
non-specific reactions.
