1998 Survey difficulites

We have had some problems with the passwords and id's given out for the
1998 Survey. If you have had any problems with your id, please email me
and I will get them fixed. Those of you who are just getting your id's,
you should not have problems.

Please fill it out. So far we have data from from 10 university, 1
government, 8 research
institute and 4 company laboratories among the 31 different identifiers
that have submitted at least partial data.

Keep it up and thanks to those who have submitted, this data should be
valuable next time you have to request space for a new service or some
other request from the powers that be.
