I am just starting to get into two dimensional gel electrophoresis and have a couple of questions.
Does anyone have any comments about using IPG strips (i.e. Immobiline DryStrip) for the first dimension?
Is the Multiphor II the only system that can run an 18 cm IPG strip?
Has anyone used this new IPGphor Isoelectric Focusing System?
