Regarding the low lys in the 477 due to peroxide in solvent A, we
have developed a system for controlled pumping of argon into the solvent
bottle. This avoids peroxide formation in the solvent and keeps lys
peaks higher for a longer period of time. Our system is described in
details in a paper that will soon appear in Analytical Biochemistry.
