To Everyone,
Let me just say for the record, that I wish we had an Edman sequencer
(and a talented operator) in our lab. This would have made our lives easier
on many occasions. With many problems, it's not that you can't do it with
what you have, it's just that you know it would be easier using something
other approach that you don't have access to.
