MS facility operational costs and user fees

Dear Colleagues: I come back to you again for help in putting together a
shared instrument grant application. I will request a PerSeptive
Voyager DE-RP MALDI and a PE-SCIEX API 365 LC/MS/MS system. My questions
to you experienced MS facility managers are:

1. What would be the annual operating costs (itemization appreciated) for
such a facility?

2. What would be a reasonable price structure for user fees?
