Susana,
I don't have that particular one, but maybe one of the following excellent
texts by Snyder, Kirkland and Glajch may be of interest.

The first is "Introduction to Modern Liquid Chromatography by L.R. Snyder
& J.J. kirkland, copyright 1979, Wiley & Sons, Inc., New York.

The second is Practical HPLC Method Development by L. R. Snyder, J.L.
Glajch, Nd J.J. Kirkland, copyright 1988, Wiley & Sons, Inc., New York

Lloyd Snyder is with LC Resources, Inc., Orinda, California, The other two
authors are listed as being with the E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co.,
Wilmington, Delaware.

There is also a small handbook put out by Vydac "The Handbook of Analysis
and Purification of Peptides and Proteins by Reversed-phase HPLC, 2nd
edition, 1995, Vydac, 17434 Mojave St., Hesperia, CA, 92345 USA.

I hope this is of some help.
regards
