While I do not use the BioCAD extensively, one of my colleagues does.
Simply stated, he says he has 'nothing but good things to report on the
instrument itself, but that after-purchase service leaves something to be
desired'. He is quick to add that his difficulties may be due to our lab
location - Winnipeg, Canada is not exactly a central location and probably
not on any service engineer's regular route.
