Dear ABRFers,
I need to analyse 8-10 whole protein cell extracts for tryp. In the past
IVe used dodecanethiol with success but rather than work out all those
conditions again for my rather testy autohydrolyser, I thought I'd do
manual hydrolsis. My question is: Can I do methanesulfonic acid hyd vapor
phase? Or could I do a manual hydrolysis using dodecanethiol? What
conditions? Thanks in advance.
