Is there a protocol or kit out there that will allow us to isolate nice
and clean plasmid from Agrobacterium?
Plasmid isolated from Agrobacterium using regular plasmid isolation
procedure in our lab is not good enough to get a nice and clean
restriction pattern. Our current protocol is to isolate plasmid from
Agro strain, transform the plasmid into E. coli strain, then isolate
clean plasmid from E. coli for QC.
Any advice will be appreciated.
