Does anyone have experience with 2D gels of cytoskeletal proteins,
specifically, which detergents can be used in the first dimension to
solubilize them? Triton X-100 and family obviously don't work, nor do a
number of other combinations. Some proteins are solubilized, but a small
portion of the total.
