Your problems with service from PE/ABI seem to be related to special
circumstances/ or service people in your local area .
I also have a 477 sequencer which has several problems, but regarding the
service from PE/ABI I experienced excellent service (central IL) and tech
support (Foster City) and prompt reactions over the last 6 weeks.
I hope you (or Gregg find some people at ABI who can really take care of
this problem.
