Yeah, we've been seeing some slow service here too. My rep has never stood
me up however and is very apologetic. Is the manager you are calling Kerry
Rothman?
My understanding is that once my former tech is trained (and I still
miss him!) things will be better. You deserve an explanation, an apology
for the missed dates, and a time when they will be out to do your install.
I suspect you will be receiving all of the above after posting to the
roundtable, PE certainly monitors it.

Weather Inconsequential: Rainy and gray, turning the snow to dirty slush.
Last night was the cub scout pinewood derby. I was very proud of my
sons--they were both good sports. They have fun making the cars, but we
have never placed in the top three. Sorry you miss the wind chill index
