I have enjoyed following the recent discussion about substituting
DTT/TIS for EDT/Thioanisole in Fmoc cleavages. However, it caused me to
wonder- Has anybody tried to substitute DTT/TIS for EDT/Thioanisole in
TMSBr or TMSOTf cleavages of Boc peptides?
