Hello everybody.
I am looking for the most suitable method to desalt my peptides after
cleavage, usually as a result of removing a formyl group from tyrptophan (I
use Boc-chemistry). I was hoping a size-exclusion chromatography gel could
desalt, remove any trace amounts of scavenger left over from HF cleavage
and maybe even remove major deletion products. The question is does anybody
have any suggestions to which gel I should use (suppliers name would be
appreciated too).
Also when removing formyl groups prior to cleavage should it be done before
or after removing a Dnp protecting group?
Regards
