It does not matter, but if you are going to use it at low wavelength,
(for peptide ideal is 215-220) you should degass with Helium. There is a
very nice little book from Vydac about peptide analysis and purification
by RP_HPLC, and usually they give it for free. It will tell you a couple
of trick, you should get it.
