Prot Seq: large PTH-AA amount calls early-on

Dear friends. Lately I have been seeing in early cycles, high PTH-AA
concentration calls, then the sequence quiets down a bit. I describe
this as 'washoff' for lack of a better term. Any clues or comments why I would
be seeing this with both pvdf and peptide/protein supports (the Porton
variety)? Sample related? Bad chemistry? Hardware related?

Alpha lactalbumin standard runs naturally don't show this problem.
Equipment is Beckman LF3000. Thank you in advance. Regards, Tom
