To The ABRF peptide Synthesis Groups

I have two unusal sequences with an PRY and an RRR at the C-terminals.
With fmoc synthesis, diketopiperazine formation may occur. I'm only
set up for fmoc too. Any suggestions on avoiding the DKP and
deprotecting RRR?
